What’s going on everybody, anyone has experience working or can say one of the best coaches they worked with ? People like Erik Ramirez, dwayne from diamond gym and definitely Nick Trigili round up my top 3

If I had to pick one I would choose our old pal Viking. For obvious reasons I won't use his real name here, but I miss that guy and he taught me a lot.
I worked with Matt Porter for a few national shows and had a good experience. Used John meadows once as well, was great, but very pricey.
Meadows is a genius! If you can afford him, well worth the money.
RustyhookerId like to get sessions with charles glass. Hes still putting guys into ifbb after all these decades.
Trying to keep up with sisternino would be fun as well. He does the old school lift til ya drop.
Agreed brother Rusty! I was always a fan of Charles Glass, just a very bright and intuitive trainer! He hits the body from all angles leaving no stone unturned! Back in the eighties, he was indeed Cut as Glass!
RustyhookerHes on instagram. Shows small bits on his angles and motions. I tried a few for isolation and it was a great workout. He doesnt seem to like cheat sets. More form oriented. Keeps me jazzed up!
The guy I first started training with was an old school dude and I mean old school. All we did or I should say all he made me do was Bench press, squats and deadlifts. He would literally get I'm my face and scream I could feel his spit hit me. He was always like one more, one more, one more. I would drop the deadlift bar fall to me knees and crawl out of the small gym he had out and into the yard and I would litterly be throwing up. He would always say that the tears I was shedding and the puke was just pain leaving the body to make way for muscle. I hated him then but now that I look back on it, it was the best thing for me. He taught me how to push through the pain and it made a man out of me. I owe alot of what ive gained to that man. I have so much respect for him even though at the time i thought he was trying to kill me.
RustyhookerThats flat awesome!! Its great to hear real stories of folks that made a big impression in life. Those moments that help define or bring clarity to an aspect of life.
Without a doubt. He was no monster and he was not genticly gifted but he was stronger than 10 ox. He pushed me to and over my limits. I'd get home at night and have a pitty party for myself over how hard he worked me and how bad I hurt. I was like therw is no damn way that something that hurt this bad could be so good for me. Every night I would be like to hell with with him ill be damn if I ever go back and work with him but guess what I was there everyday after work for a little over 5yrs. Them were the worst but yet the best years of my life, you know, besides my baby's being born and all. He was one tough bastard I miss that man.
Vikings the only Guru on this site. To bad hes inactive.
What about ole tread? I thought everyone went to him for knowledge...
Why did he end up stopping?
His profile is self explanatory. He has other interests taking up his time. I believe that he has various business interests including a gym.
He's training a famous female aswell.
Interesting. Didn't know that. How's things in Oz?
My trainer is.....duck eggs.....just like everyones natty 4 life hero Mike Ohearn
jayiskI think a sticky on how to lose your karma fast should be started. Just have links to all these recent forum topics or of course start a forum on how to get your karma up.
And if they want to learn how to hit troll status.., whoever started the forum topic just needs to start arguing back and taking shit.
Given the name you chose for yourself...
Are you to what a bodybuilding guru is; as a caddy is to a pro golfer?
I'd have to go with Sam in his garage. Probably a little biased..
Where's my guest workout? llol
It's a real shit hole. I love it..
As long as it's not hot!
