Heck yea. Elbow feeling good. Got the compression sleeves. Back in gym. Eating well gained weight back. Up to 204 now from the damn 193 from freakin tennis elbow crap.
On track now for start date of May for my Prop, E, EQ run
Now off to eat and see Pet Semetary!!!

StevebI was disappointed by that movie, the original was better. Most of the movie nothing happens and they just kill everyone off towards the end.
So those compression sleeves help with elbow pain? I've been having a lot of that but only in one arm.
Yea man. I def like the sleeves. Plus I take an anti inflammatory before I got to gym now to help out as well. But a big YES on the compression sleeve

Regarding your cycle, I think adding a low dose of Deca would help u. Since my elbow surgery its my favourite roid regardings joint healthcare.

True. That would def help with keeping the joints good. I’ll think about it and see how this month goes before May. I ended up buying some joint pills I’m taking daily now. Hopefully those will help
Tennis elbow sucks. I dealt with that for a long time and for awhile couldn't even hold a coffee mug.

I wasn’t expecting the twist that they did. That threw me off. Also wasn’t expecting the ending like that either. It was def a different take on it. I can see how you would be disappointed. If I didn’t have the AMC Stubbs I prob would have been upset If I had to pay for the ticket.
