Have you tried not eating 2-4 hours before bed. And if bodybuilding cottage cheese before bed will digest slow and have a steady dose of proteins/amino acids feeding your muscles. Maybe do no carbs at dinner until next morning. And hope you feel better

The fastest way to drop dead weight is to get rid of the loser you call a husband or boyfriend. My wife could blow up to 400 pounds and I could give 2 shits because I love her for who she is on the inside. Stay determined and listen to grrl and lose the weight because YOU want to not some loser that probobly needs to lose weight himself.

On the other hand, to play devil’s advocate, being overweight can be a, and oftentimes is, a legitimate health concern. If someone you love is morbidly obese, a life partner, would you not want to put a stop to the person spiraling out of control so you have more time together in this world? I would be extremely concerned if my fiancée blew up to 200 lbs, much less 400. I don’t want her in the ER. I love her too much to watch her suffer.

I’m aware it’s a quote; just bantering

True. Although brow beating a spouce about a little weight gain usually leads to more weight gain. The depression caused from negative impact is detrimental to the process of getting healthy.

Lads, stop advising chicks to ditch their fellas.
If women cotton on to that shit, we are all fucked.

Well me anyways!

You asked the same question in 2011. Again in 2015. Here we are in 2018.... the answers are going to be the same

You’re a novice? I don’t know of any proven novice linear progressive programs that have you training 5 days a week.

My suggestion (it’s simpler than you think):

Pick ONE proven novice program written by a real strength and conditioning coach. Could be Starting Strength for all I care. Run it to a T.

Do daily aerobic activity. Jogging might not be the best while you’re losing weight. Lots of jarring impact on your connective tissues. Zero-impact aerobic exercise may be more appropriate and less uncomfortable.

Track calories, eat a balanced diet, and weigh yourself at the same times and under the same conditions (eg, you piss before you weigh yourself in your pajamas on an empty stomach on every Sunday morning). Keep the variables to a minimum. Adjust calories as needed based on whether you’re losing weight too slow, too fast, stalling, gaining weight back, etc. Just keep an eye on those calories and experiment.

It’s up to you. You just have to do it. Good luck
