Cycle advice

ad

Up until June, I was lifting naturally 5-6 days a week for the past few years .. most I think I'd took off til now was a long weekend (3days) . But in June I faced the biggest tragedy I've yet to face in my 27 yrs alive and it's really put me in a dark place. I also struggle with BPD and it's made this 20x harder... I need get back into it I've lost most of my gains plus I know it's what I need to help get out of this funk I'm in.. I have some anavar laying around and was thinking about starting my first cycle. I had hit kind of a plateau before all this anyway (might be why it was so easy for me to quit) and thinking the added strength increase will help me from getting discouraged from my lost gains lol. It's probably not the ideal situation for a first cycle but I eat clean and still have kept up a little bit of light body weight exercise at least. Was thinking just a little 6 to 8 week cycle starting at 2.5 mg twice a day ..does that sound ok?

Anyone thats considering jumping on should know that they want to do this 100% and are mentally and physically prepared for it. I understand that getting back into things is hard after such a downfall and that, yes, some enhanced supplements can make things run smoother and faster in the short run but long term, it’s not gonna be a good idea your just adding fuel to the fire.. I know it’s hard to look in the mirror and want back what you had not so long ago but I don’t think it’s a good idea at this point in time for you as a person.. your mind and well being is most vulnerable and more important than ever at this stage.. try the natty way and work hard for now till you can honestly say your ready for the next step mentally and physically. Best of luck! wish you well.

We all have walked through dark times and they do end. I think you answered your own question "Its probably not the the ideal situation for a first cycle" Gear is not going to improve your mental state. In fact its a good possibilty it could complicate it. Wish the best to you. Keep lifting...the gym is a great stress reliever.

Sir what is your diet looking like now?? Also how will it been if you started a cycle?? I ask because cycle or no cycle with out a great diet there won’t be any real gains.

If your suffering mental health issues hormones are the worst thing you can do. Seems theres alot of folks that have gotten out of shape and are looking for the magic potion. Truth is there isn't any magic. Use exercise and diet as a lifestyle to get back on track. Goodluck
