Anavar cycle when injured?

ad

I had posted this in another forum but was told this would be suited best in the ladies section.... I am a female who has been lifting hard for 5 years and have just been diagnosed with rotator cuff impingement with bursitis and tendonitis. Sadly, I cannot do any upper body workouts for quite some time, but this would be a good time to develop my lower body much more. Question- would it be worthwhile to do a cycle to really develop my lower body? I never seemed to have the same strength for lower body as I do with upper body, so maybe anavar will help with this (and I need something to keep me motivated because this injury is a downer). Or, do I wait to do a cycle until totally healed to build back up the upper body along with lower body. However, I feel I could build up the upper body without the anavar once able to. Thanks in advance!

I would not try a compound while injured to increase another body part. For leg strength, get real used to the squat rack and deadlift station, which I understand may be difficult due to injury. Speaking of which, I would investigate TB-500 and its potential healing properties.

Youre welcome. That is why we are here.

Also for impingement , I would look into such things as daily inversion. I have found that to be most helpful with alignment and impingement.
