-1 ADVICE FROM A FEMALE!

ad

Alright y’all, here’s the thing. I’m 21 (I know you shouldn’t use them unless your over 25). I have no clue what my body fat percentage is but I weigh 173 right now. I had a son in 2016. Before having him I still didn’t love my body. I weighed 150 maybe?

I’ve been working out and I’ve changed the way I eat for about a year but it’s just not working anymore... I was wanting to try clen or Anavar but know nothing but what I’ve read. I’m wanting to loose a lot of body fat I have and replace it with muscle.

Can anyone steer me in the right direction?

kodiakGRRL's picture

i know nothing about working out

you'd be better off hiring a good trainer to get you on track ... using anavar right now ...you'd be ahead to take the money and use it wipe with

What about Clen? Start at 20 and work my way up.

I don’t eat anymore 1650 calories a day. I also make sure majority of those calories come from protein and use everything wheat or natural. I workout 3 times a week. I try to do workouts that workout my abdominal muscles, glutes and triceps/biceps.

kodiakGRRL's picture

you want to do full body workouts..work those big muscle groups chest back and legs... .. as for your caloric intake nothing for nothing doesn't give me much information... what are your macros ?

Clen might help you lose 'weight' but it doesn't distinguish between muscle or fat and given how much you want to lose AND add muscle ..clen is going to put you in the hole big time ...

Carbohydrate 58g

Protein 48g

Fat 16g

According to my My Fittness Pal App. I’ve been trying to put everything that I eat or drink in it. I should be receiving clen within the next few day. They come in 40 mcg. I’m going to do a 2 wk cycle.
Here’s how I plan to take them:
Day 1-2 (20 mcg)
Day 3-4 (40 mcg)
Day 5 (60 mcg)
Day 6-10 (80 mcg)
Day 11-12 (60 mcg)
Day 13 (40 mcg)
Day 14 (20 mcg)

I’ve also been told to take taurine or milk thistle with it, I’m not sure which one is better or how much to take while on clen. And I’ve heard about taking Benadryl for 2 wks after your cycle

Post up what and when you eat for the day.... that will give us a better idea to help you

boss_babe22's picture

Day starts around 8 so
Breakfast 8:30- whey protein shake
Snack 10:00- a banana or a handful of grapes
Lunch 12:00- egg sandwich on wheat bread
Snack 2-2:30- 1/2 cup of low fat vanilla yogurt
My husband doesn’t get home until 6 so I usually snack on more fruit until dinner at 6. Which usually consist of brown rice, lemon pepper chicken breast and some vegetables. I also drink nothing but water or unsweetened tea.

At first glance I would think your metabolism has slowed considerably with that low of foods... at best it looks like only 3 meals with very low proteins and mistimed carbs...
Not sure what your workouts are like but I think a lot can be accomplished by getting a solid nutritional plan first

I appreciate your advice. Like really, I legitimately have no idea what the hell im doing. & it may sound cliché but I’m willing to do whatever it takes to get to my goal.

What would you suggest as far as a meal plan go or just in general? How many times should I eat a day, etc?

"Can anyone steer me in the right direction?"

Sure. Training, diet and nutrition! Imo nobody with 21 years old is in need of steroids to loose some %s of bf and build muscles...

Sorry but your story is one I hear at least once each day of each week. 95% of the time it is based on unbalanced diet and or exercise and or not having found the right balance for what works for you. The other 5% of the time it is based on a legitimate medical issue. Both of these situations will results in one of two things if you use PEDs, 1. you will make subpar gains to simply lose them all immediately, 2. nothing will happen but potential damage.

Theres a significant chance I'm wasting my time typing this response out, but don't do it. You're not going to get the results you're looking for. Talk to some of the girls on here about how to eat and the proper ways to train.

Since it's only guys answering I'll give my simple advice. They've all heard it before. I call it diet 101. Get a my fitness pal app. Log your regular diet for two weeks. Avg the calories. This will be your daily caloric intake. Cut 500 calories a day . This will yield approximately a half pound a week loss. 1000 calories a day will be roughly a pound a week. If your doing cardio your loss will be better. I recommend cutting just 500 and doing cardio. Less chance of failure. Keep your protein high to avoid muscle loss. Steroids are not diet drugs and clen can be dangerous. Forget the fad diets and adv stuff. Simply cutting calories will be the key. Don't eat anything without logging it. Goodluck

When someone says they changed diet and it didnt work. That means you have to change it again. Now adays there are so many atricles written on counting macros. When you change your diet up drop carbs or up fats it takes sometime to see if the diet really works. But once you find what works for you, you still will have to change it as your body starts to change... what diets have you tried.

Ive tried cutting out complex carbs, sugar & salt. I’ve tried the military diet, grapefruit diet and Keto diet. Like I’ve said before. I know absolutely nothing about working out, getting fit or any of that sort.

Keep your calories you take in lower than what your body needs. Calculate your tdee and figure out your macro needs for the day. Just google search calculators for those. As far as excersice just do something. Find an active hobby you enjoy, running, kayaking, biking etc.... It doesnt have to be weightlifting if that is not your goal. Do yourself a favor and stay away from any sort of AAS. Your body will appreciate it plus the active lifestyle will be more beneficial to you in the long run.
Good luck

Thanks. I’ve done a little more research and I think I’m gonna stay away from them. I’ve downloaded a app called MyFitnessPal. I’ve logged in everything I’ve ate and I’ve been working out 45 minutes to an hour. However long my toddler decides. Lol. Thanks again.

At only 21 years old a male would be told not to do them, so for a female its absolutely no way I'm afraid. Look at your training and diet as there's no way you have plateaued yet after only 1 years worth of training...
