Well I’m the new guy here!! I want to give my thanks for you allowing me to join! I am more than excited to be a part of this community that I’ve heard nothing but good things about!
A little about me, I’ve been working out for 20 years now. I started at 14 and am now 34. I played college football which I tore my ACL, MCL and PCL. That has been my biggest obstacle that has been a pain in my side over the years. As all of us on here, I’ve looked up to the guy in the muscle magazines, movies and TV shows while growing up. My favorites are Schwarzenegger and The Rock. I strive everyday to become better not only physically but mentally as well. I see that I can gain great knowledge here in this community. I also will share what I’ve gained over the years!
I started running gear in 2011. One of my buddies put the idea in my head and I decided to pull the trigger a year later. I made a BIG mistake of running test and Tren for my first cycle. My “buddy” wasn’t the sharpest tool in the shed and at that time nether was I. I’ve ran Test C, and E and Sust over the years cycled with Decca and Tran. I’ve throwen some Dbol in the mix for kick starters but I am now ready to do my research and try and run my safest and best cycle.
I am currently 34 (old!!!) and am 253. I have 13.9 body fat. I’m trying to get to 270 then cut down to a nice 255-250. Any advice would be much appreciated. I am beyond excited being on this community as you know being in the bodybuilding world is a very selfish sport and doesn’t allow us to have proper relationships. We almost always have to focus on ourselves! The slightest distraction (mainly women for me) can throw our whole mental off! Which leads to lack of focus in the gym, diets being off course and partying. A lot of people don’t understand that!!
