Hello All.

I have been involved with bodybuilding for about 12 years, new to forums though. I am here to listen, well read, and learn. My buddy suggested it as he is tired of my questions. He has been a modern day Dan Duchaine for me.

Not sure how the Karma stuff works, but I will try to chime in when possible or relevant, but I usually don't have a lot to say.
