Im 36 years old, a few cycles under my belt. 5'11" and currently at 195lbs. I currently use a coach who dictates my diet, training, "super supps ". Been hanging around these forums for a little bit and decided to see what you guys can offer for help and guidance! Im open to hearing what your stories are about good and bad but not interested in what source you use, (i'l figure that out on my own)
