I’m new to online forums so please correct me when I do something stupid. I have read the rules and done a little reading before posting anything. I am not new to the gym though. I am over 40 and sit about 210lb. at 5’11”. I train hard and research harder. I have joined to learn. Even though some people may be younger I can still learn from them. I truly believe that you never stop learning and growing. Thank you for having me and for taking the time to read this.
