He's a good guy man I remember a time when it was backonroids, me you and twisted used to kick it quite regular. I think if you knew it was him from the get go you wouldn't have been so hard on him for the promos bro but you didn't. He was a well respected member cracking jokes and actually used to make this site a good laugh for a while. From when I saw his pic I knew it was him and asked him how things were and what he posted seemed to be true and was going through a pretty shitty time and wanted to rebuild back here. He used to be part of the family once upon a time. But I also remember when i first signed up and applies for promos and he ripped me apart. It just shows how karma can have such an effect on someone here. Maybe should have kept his mouth shut and messaged you privately tbh this was a bit over the top!

You could have pmed me and gave me the heads up. I feel a little bad about this but his last post ss Back on Roids he threw 12 members under the bus. Unreal was one of em. They took karma from him and hes never logged in since.
Tbf mate I wasn't sure if he was allowed back or was under the radar. I didn't want to do anything controversial so thought I would just stay out of it and see how he gets on here. He should have let it go though and sent you a quick message. he brought attention to himself when realistically he could have stayed quiet and built his reputation back up to what it was before and maybe could have stayed and been a big part of the community again. I tend to sit back and see what's going on now and tend not to chime in on people's issues on here anymore. Unless someone needs some help with something

I dont get it , every few weeks some butt hurt new member goes on a rant about karma and how its unfair, The sad thing is you are not a new member and yet you rant none the less.
follow the rules , do not promo whore, do not leave fake reviews, and give logical helpful advice on case to case basis, dont just give every person who needs help the same cookie cutter advice.
Its not that difficult basically have a bit of integrity, be real, and take your time and think about the advice/ reply's you give. Show respect to veteran members, not every vet member has to be an in shape beast, some of these guys are basically retired from the gym and like to give advice to new guys, so be it these newbies should be so lucky as to get the advice.
