Hi I just started my new gym addiction

I’ve been a member for a while. But just restarted my fitness once again. I was drinking to much and depressed. I traded that in for a obsession you could say to having my body try and look best as possible.
I know buy meal preps and work out 5 times a week, and am loving the way I feel. Just wanted to share. And say thank you for all the good insight you guys provide

ive found that compound excersize reallu make me sweat alot more.. lol
so far so good. im on a meal prep that i order every week. dont even have the desire to drink. little by little seyng my body slowly transform. thanks for the kind words
Keep it up man, you’re on the right route
keep it up bro, its the best therapy there is . It takes the brain about 27 days to turn something into a true routine, the gym I've noticed takes about 3 months to truly sink in
jayiskStick with it. Works great fit depression and from you hitting the bottle.
