Hi I’m 30 yrs old 188 cm 102 kg. I have only 3 cycles under my belt. I was obese when I was 23 started fitness and fell in love. List 40kg on my own with no surgery or drugs. Now I’m 16% bf and loving it. I moved across the pond to have better medical for my son. Happy to be here.
