Hello everybody, joined this site a few months back. Was a little shy at first haha, so I'm late to the introduction, but here it is:
I've been training consistently since 2006...so I guess that makes me 31 now haha. I've had some set backs in the past as a result of injuries like brachial plexus injury, herniated disc, dislocated shoulders etc (the usual i guess ;P). Can't hold us back though! It's like an obsession as many of you bros know! haha Anyway, I'm happy to be here and even happier to make some brain gains!

a good tip would be to use the search bar up top for a few months...... simply type someones name into it hit search and the archives will show you everything that member has ever posted, saves guys having to repeat themselves time and time over, gets jading let me tell you lol

Hey brother! I was thinking that too actually. I want to figure out the right way to post a proper thread so I don't look like an idiot here haha.
I would probalby post something about 3 months in. Record your start date and dosage. Start your thread talking about the issue, what you have read about treatments, what docs (if any) had previously told you, what you decided to take and how things are 3 months in. Something like that.

I hear ya heaveymetalmonster. I've been reviewing those rules and common mistakes. Think I was close to making one actually. At first, it's like info overload; but it's really not that hard to follow the rules (hopefully I never have to eat those words later haha). Also, I really liked what someone said before me - if ever unsure, sometimes it's better to just shut the hell up lol. Wise words I think (again, I hope I don't eat those words later lol).
