Zero sperm after cycles...

ad

Hey guys,

So I did my last cycle probably over 6 years ago. It was just a test e 500mg/WK + mast cycle. I did proper pct and just these past few weeks I got tested for the first time on my sperm count and it came back 0. Now...idk if its the juice that caused it cause I never got tested before that, but I'm suspecting.... Is there any way to get it back after so long? Can I get start producing sperm on my own in the future?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,
Robby

I would look up/watch the Dave Palombo babymaking protocol on youtube!

If you once were fertile it shouldn´t be a problem.

1) Leydig cells atrophy and die without stimulation (balls atrophy) -> can be brought back with high dosage HcG
2) Sertoli cells are postmitotic. They are the cells that nurture your sperm as it matures. They don´t die if they don´t get stimulation, they will atrophy though and become inert -> can be brought back with FSH (very expensive

I had less than 1% functional sperm in the past, 60% of my sperm was completely dead. Went to an endo, I was put on 1500iu/week for 3 months. Test production through the roof, as was E2. Balls regrew. Sperm density from below reference range to above reference range BUT most sperm was still dead and teratozooic (disfigured). I was put on FSH in addition, HcG was reduced to only 250iu 2x/week. After another 4 months sperm was 10% viable and fertile (WHO uses a cutoff of 4% for infertility). After 1 year I recovered to just below average. Then I froze my sperm twice just to be on the safe side.

If you do go that route, go to an endo. Also you likely need FSH if balls were shut down for too long and if you don´t go the endo route this is gonna be damn expensive.

You could try one of the protocols outlined on the forum. But if this is your first test it might be a non related underlying issue. So if you feel comfortable being completely open with your doctor it wouldn't hurt making an appointment.

Some say if you once produced it you can recover. I think keytech has a good protocol for it as well as giardap if that’s how you spell his user name. Look under their forum posts
Combinations of clomid, hcg, and hmg along with zinc and vitamin D
