I’ve been seeing a lot of guys post upper body pics. No wheels though. I can say legs aren’t my strong point but I still work the M’fers out twice a week. Even after a little of my thigh missing. ;) ....There are many reason to work out your legs fellas. With the first reason so that you don’t look goofy asf when you get naked in front a lady for the first time. 2nd reason is because it releases a certain hormone and makes you bigger all around. 3rd reason look back at reason number 1... If you think I’m talking about you or pin pointing you out I probably am. Work your damn chicken legs out!

Legs are the foundation to a good physique, you cant neglect them. Even though my leg workouts are grueling, I absolutely love training legs.
Agreed. I have a love/hate relationship with leg day. I'm looking forward to hating it tomorrow.
I'll admit I neglected the wheels for the first several years using the excuse of sports and running to get passed the jokes. Most would say my arms are literally larger than my legs and while that's not the case anymore I wish now I wouldn't have put them off for so long. I now hit legs twice a week and they are coming around nicely....my kids no longer joke on me lol so that shows some good progress

Bro I’m guilty of this but that is because I’m required to run almost every god dam day but as of recently I don’t have to run as much or have to keep a 12 minute mile pace I will be posting some leg pics
Dude if you look around in your everyday life, take a look at the couples you see together. It’s crazy how many dudes there are with smaller legs than their girl. It’s an epidemic.
jayiskdudes in the gym with chicken legs wear workout pants/sweats that look like skinny jeans. Works out for me this way they are never taken up the squat rack...lol

jayiskthe other plus D is that there are actually a lot of women in yoga pants at the power rack and the DL platform next to it. Very nice to watch will i am trying to breathe again and have waiting for my face to from red/purple in between sets....lol

I don't think they care as long as you don't let off a protein fart lmao I've heard some horrendous stories about people training near others in gyms and stinking the place out when you are mid set - I cannot imagine what that must be like! squats and deads are the worst for getting wind moving out of you too Lol
I always poop first before squats and deads lol. I don’t need clean up interrupting my training lmao
I must admit I often have a good one before deads, its a real pain having to stop after a few warm up sets and having to sit on the porcelain god getting cold again Lmao
jayiskLuckily if i have to it is after warming up when the PWO kicks in and before squats or deads. Never want to do squats or dead with swamp ass. Also keep butt wipes in my gym bag.
I do enjoy trying to poison people by getting them to take a smell of my nose tork/ammonia selling salts.
I do warn them not to put their nose to close at first..,and it never fails them jam them nose in the bottle like doing a line of coke. Needless to say they start tearing, coughing, cursing, and are fawked up for a while.
Or they step up to the bar and hit a PR.
Also good to have nose tork in your gym bag in case someone accidentally runs into your fist and knocks themselves out. This way you can wake them up as they lay snoring on the ground with their leg twitching.

leg day is the most intense I have all week, Cardio is the only thing that gets my heart pumping like leg day.
Problem is though I cant touch my lower back at least not for a year, so squats and cleans are a no go for me, which is why I live on the leg press and quad raise.
It’s my most intense day. I don’t stop until I feel satisfied even if I have to do 8 sets per movement or I throw up and laying down in the locker room.
Satisfaction is puking...lol, sort of.

It straight up puts your body in survival mode. Forces your body to do amazing things. Give me a few months and I'll post up a shot of mine. Had a major surgery, but I'm full on come back beast mode now.

F@ck yes. I've got a scar from my back to my neck. This is all I could think about as I was in a freakin half body brace. If I can do it, anyone can! This is my life. Its the only thing that keeps me going. Seriously. Everyday day I picture what its going to be like the next day. 5 months of PT and I'm ready!

maybe there are people who had some surgery and aren’t able to do legs otherwise I can’t imagine training only upper body without legs
I had major multi location spinal surgery. There's ways around it. I'll never be able to squat 5 plates again. But I most certainly can still do legs.
You don’t have to squat heavy to have big legs. I love high reps when it comes to legs... To the point of throwing up...
I’ve had surgery with my quad cut open from hip to knee. All I hear is excuses...

If you don’t work lower body there is absolutely no reason to take anabolic because you haven’t reached your true genetic potential.
jayiskI fully agree. Before i started PL and trained like the old school BB's i did legs twice a week. I would do quads one day and hamstrings on another.
Never understood why people will do arms twice a week yet neglect legs. Maybe if they took all the mirrors out of the gym and people couldnt see themselves working a body part they would train their whole body properly.
plus your legs are what you generate power from in throwing a strike and fighting.
Also trained the 4 way neck machine after every workout since i starting lifting in a gym. Not cause i wanted a bigger neck. But so i can eat a punch... :}
That’s exactly how I train legs...
I'd say if you have big/strong wheels you're stronger up to 25% at some upper body exercises, example: standing curl exercises, standing military press....
Even bench, especially if you press PLing style. Mastering leg strength/drive can easily add on another 10% which you can't get if you don't do your squats on the regular.
