Hi my husband used to have an account just about a year ago was the last time he was on. Can anyone point me in the right direction for help.
He had established karma and friend etc. he no longer access to his old email so password recovery can’t be done.

You need the information Greg mentioned in order t get it restored.
TronOnce you're locked out unfortunately you lose the username but can keep the karma. The usernames to choose from are.
1) King longdell the second
2) big fat bastard
3) I'm a troll and I know it
4) Englebert Humperdinck
5) baloney tits Mahoney
6) Thug life McGee
7) Tupac Shakur

I'm not sure I understand this lol. He doesn't care if he has to make a new username, but for some reason the site doesn't seem to be letting him.
Yes that’s him!! He changed that for security right before he left. He thought maybe someone was hacking it , so changed his info He was 40 at the time and NOT 6'2" 220lbs.

My husband tried making a new username which he is fine with, but he doesn't get any verification sent to his email, therefore he can't even make a password or make a new account??
I tried on my phone for him after.......same thing is happening. I had no problem making my account?
Anyways, I'm not sure what he is supposed to do. He was never in trouble on here and is following the rules and would like to be part of the community again. Any ideas? Greg? Anyone? Thank you in advance !
