Super read, a couple of points I found interesting were:

The samples analysed and how most didn’t contain what was in the label, considering most who took part in the study use test I wonder what else was in there or if it was just case of using a different ester instead of the one written on the label.

81% brought gear from a bro they knew? Maybe we need to let them know about eroids.

Purity of UGL compounds

Each participant in the study submitted samples of the products they were using to be tested with a mass spectrometer.

• Of 272 samples analyzed, only 13% contained the declared AAS only.

• 35% of the samples contained the declared AAS and an additional, undeclared AAS.

• 47% contained only an undeclared AAS, eg: half of the samples didn't even contain the steroid it was labeled with.

• 6% contained no AAS.

• 14% of samples contained some other pharmaceuticals such as estrogens/progestogens.

• 1% contained diuretics.

• 1% contained anesthetics (wtf...?)

• Most of the (81%) AAS tested were from dealers/acquaintances.

• 19% were bought online

• 2% were bought from a pharmacy abroad (assuming this means they imported them personally)

Average weekly dose averaged 901mg (range 250-3,400mg [crikey mate]). Average weekly cost was €30 / $32 / £26 (range €4-300) . Average total cost for the entire cycle was €400 / $430 / £350 (range 50-6,500).

• 88% of participants experienced increased libido

• 79% increased fluid retention (you moon-faced fuck)

• 71% testicular atrophy (who's the lucky 29%??)

• 58% acne

• 58% decreased libido post-cycle (not during)

• 47% increased agitation

• 42% gynecomastia

• 41% increased aggressiveness

• 40% severe snoring (??)

Anyway, thought some of you might find these stats interesting. The study wasn't as informative as I'd hoped, but it's better than nothing and we need more studies like this. There are too many people taking advice from some random dude on the internet.
