Bam it’s 1:00 and I am on my fourth meal. Two and a half cups of Chili with beef, beans, tomatoes onions and other veggies. Served on two cups of rice. And a quart of water. Just an example. You should have ate again already like I did.

I made it in the crock pot. I have enough for a couple days and it saves time. And be patient on here. These guys and girls here are good people. Patience shows strength.

Test generally increases appetite. Surprising the Prop seems to affect you so much more! Eat some real solid meat and that should help!

That's not really a ton of food. Replace the spaghetti and noodles with some chicken and you'll have something.
By 10 I've eaten six egg whites , 6 oz of chicken, a cup of oatmeal and a Greek yogurt. About to grab some more chicken.
That's not including the whey shake I drink immediately when I get up.
LeayzAppreciate the advice alot. Ive allways felt better and fuller when incorporating chicken in the mornings.used to start with 2 jackets and 2 fillets. Then a milkshake.
What are you trying to accomplish by sucking down loads of processed wheat products in breads , pasta, and noodles? An epic dirty bulk?
I concur with the comments below. Switch your calories to nutrient dense healthy foods. Food that are unprocessed and rich in healthy lean protein, high in healthy fats, and plenty of fiber.
Incorporating a dark green vegetable and switch your breads and noodles to potatoes would be a good start
LeayzPasta and noodles cooked fresh I stuggle to class this is dirty. Mince meat thrown in with veg and sauce hardly a pack of jaffa cakes. Eggs no problem.toast I enjoy it and have a high motobalism.

I am three meals in by 10:30 too. My metabolism is so high that I have to eat that much. I’m hungry most of the time too. On or off the gear. It goes away sometimes. Take advantage of it and gain some mass.
