+ 5 STAYING YOUNG!

ad

Youth is one of the most sought-after things in the entire world. Ponce de Leon thought he had discovered the Fountain of youth in Florida. Ironically a lot of older people retire, and move the state of Florida.

We are Society of instant gratification in many ways. However, we are Society dominated by youth and staying young. Nobody really wants to get old and not to many people want to admit their real age.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if we could stay on forever? Wouldn't it be even better if we keep actually get younger? Perhaps this sounds like a dream, but we really can reverse the clock and get younger.

Combining proper food intake with proper exercise makes for a powerful beginning to this process. Adding state of the arts supplements, which include powerful antioxidants, will literally retards the aging process. Avoiding sugar chemicals preservatives and toxic chemicals wherever possible brings dramatic and visible results over a period of time.
AAS users get anti-aging benefits from the gear we take if we use it wisely Both GH and steroids have nice side effects as well as bad ones and can turn back the clock!

Many older eroid members post selfies that have the physique of a person much younger. So they are beating the clock, and the pictures are proof of it!

There is no doubt that as your physical condition improves, you will look and feel younger. Increased energy and vitality are some of the gifts you receive from being physically fit. However, other people will perceive you very differently.

Although you may not be cognizant of this; you will literally be moving differently. The simplest things such as bending over to pick up a piece of paper that you dropped, or merely the way you walk down a flight of stairs, will signal to others that you're a person many years younger than your chronological age.

Some people say.”Age is just a number”. Perhaps that expression is overused and to some it has no meaning, or it has lost its meaning. However, to those who look and stay youthful it is very valid.

There is something to be said for having good genes. However, having good life habits and making good choices will always beat great genetics.

Physical aspects of looking and feeling young take care of themselves. However, as I said earlier, there are mental and emotional aspects to maintaining youth. These are choices that each individual has to make.

For example, although you may be 50 years old; your friends can vary in age greatly. Will you choose to associate with predominantly people of your own age because it's politically correct? If you feel much younger than 50, why would you associate predominantly with people of your own age? Wouldn't it make more sense to be with younger people? Wouldn't you really feel more comfortable with younger people? Obviously this is a deluge of questions; and once again only you can provide the answers. I choose to workout with younger bodybuilders!

Flexibility is great in life, and it's great to have a conversation with a mature person about a very complex financial matter that requires years of experience. After the discussion walk in the better than going out and participating in a very active sport with younger people? If you can compete with younger people on a physical level, why would you deny yourself that thrill?

What a great balance that is. Intellectual stimulus from older people, and physical stimulus from younger ones; what a great concept! Once again, if you can take advantage of it; go for it!

If you act old…you'll appear old, and people will treat you as such. Conversely, acting young brings acceptance from young people. Believe it or not; it works; and the choice is yours!

Acting youthful and engaging in activities that younger people participate in assists us in feeling younger. When we see how readily our younger associates accept us, we are often surprised. However, it is quite logical and should really not come as a shock.

My view on the youthful philosophy is just that… that it's a philosophy and is up to the reader to adopt. Acting young is a decision and not a requirement.

Whether we want to admit it or not; people of youth have fresh ideas and a spirit ready to conquer the world. Surrounding ourselves with them can only serve to have some of that spirit wear off one us; and that's a good thing!

Feeding off the energy of young people can revitalize and rejuvenate us mentally and emotionally. Doing so can be a very fulfilling experience, and one of exhilaration combined with enjoyment.

Remember, we are synergizing with youth, and not trying to pretend we are 25 years old. We will always be cognizant of our true chronological age, as we seek to combine are many experiences with the hopes and dreams of the young.

Shoot. Look how many young people eat horribly and look way beyond their age. At least the culture is changing and trying to become more healthy. Just took too damn long

Also, from the other post before, how we handle and effectly deal with stress plays a major role too.

Dangit. I don’t wanna take the stairs to work. I work on the 16th floor. Dang. I’m old. Haha. Elevator. FTW

Awesome read sir.

Work ethic and drive have remained during my years. Most young guys say to me "you never stop do you." In the end its what you want out of life and for me I want the ride of my life with loved ones next to me. Health we can manipulate and extend our vitality but in the end the good Lord calls us home. Not trying to be religious at all.

Age really is just a number in the end, its how someone acts and talks that's all that matters to me. You can be talking to someone who is 55 or 25 and get along with them just as well - Positivity, friendliness & do as you would be done by Smile
