Two months ago i was badly hit by car while i was riding motorbike, my back discs badly injured and i was not able to walk few steps, after complete bed rest & complete recovery, today i start my gym routine with blessing of GOD, i think all my friends prayers make be able to speedy recovery, in future i will not able to do deadlifts and heavy squats but my passion is high and i will try to recover my all gains which i loss, i need my fellows prayers to come in track quickly....Peace :-)
Today first day of 2019 and i am glad to share that today i do HIIT cardio session and feeling wonderful, thanks to God... and specially thanks to all my friends who do prayers for me..love u all... i am back in town...

Great to hear your remarkable recovery. I had a nasty motorbike accident years ago myself so always glad to hear stories like your. We are not always this fortunate.
There are still some great exercises you can use in place of those 2 buddy - Dumbell rows, Leg presses, sissy squats etc. I also believe if you are a good person God has your back, he came through for me during my time of need & I was actually praying for help also - not ashamed to admit it

My body start giving signal to me, improving day by day with blessing of GOD and prayers of my well wishers in this forum, i start cardio on treadmill on less speed, my body doing gud response, i am on strict diet, becoz during injury i put some weight, hopefully next month i am fully on, try hard to get hard rock figure..

I broke both legs and was non weight barring for almost 3 months. Take your time man nothing scares me more then the thought of being that helpless again. Slow and steady man.
Dude, take your time. Your injury is very delicate, you will gradually understand your limits. Health first of all.
Great to hear you’re back man, just want to wish you a quick recovery and get back to your normal gym routine. Don’t rush though and be sensible.

Glad to read this and wish you just the best for your future. I'm a biker, too. Lot's of fun and the ultimate feeling of freedom. But sometimes we'd have to pay a damned high price. Start slowly and stay strong!
