So after a long time off, I am finding myself getting back in shape, but I feel like it is soo much harder now that I’ve aged. So now I’m looking to stick my toes back in and add some low dose test to see if that will help even out the ruts I have been having.
I’m thinking of either using about 50 mg prop every other day or about 125 mg of ethanate a week.
What do you think would be a better option, I’m 40 years old and about 205. I’m looking to just lose fat and build some more muscle definition, not looking to get crazy with it.
