+ 7 Fertility Results w hCG
I was able to get in for my semen analysis this morning and have been having a lot of people interested in the results so am posting them up here.
This is week 12 on Testosterone Cyp @ 650mg per week with 250iu hCG daily (1750iu weekly). I have also been using Dbol (50mg) and TNE (50-100mg) preworkouts.

So it looks like my protocol is working for the most part. Everything seems to be pretty much in range. I’m happy with the results.
We (the wifey and I) have an appointment with the Dr. on Monday to go over both our results before we move forward with IVF treatment, so nothing in my results should be an issue.
I never really see fertility results posted, only bloodwork, so hopefully this will be able to help some people down the line here.

Alphamale500I noticed on your report that the pH of your specimen was 8.1. I just wanted to bring this information to your attention. This information came from the link at the bottom of the page:
"A pH level should be between 7.2 and 7.8 to achieve a normal result. A pH level higher than 8.0 could indicate the donor has an infection. A result less than 7.0 could indicate the specimen is contaminated or that the man’s ejaculatory ducts are blocked."

Interesting. The doctor said absolutely nothing about it when we talked to him on Monday. Seems like they are using 8.3 as a high ph on the test they performed.
Idk what kind of an infection they might be talking about, the link there doesn’t go into much detail about it. I’ve been tested for every STD known to man as a part of this and I am clean.
Also did you see the part about “ejaculation stimulated by electricity” part? I think I’m good on that specific procedure lol.
I had a vasectomy 8 years ago(I have two children prior) and my fiancé now wants children of her own. So we stated looking in to getting it reversed(my vasectomy). I started cycling 4 weeks ago test en/Deca. The doctors called and wanted me to have blood drawn to check my FSH being they need it between 1-7(I think those are the scales he uses) before they can do the procedure. They called today with the results and the fsh was really low(below a 1) Doc asked if I am taking testosterone,and I said yes I am. He asked me to stop,and that he was going to prescribe a few things to help my nuts start making swimmers again. I don’t think I have a choice but to postpone cycling until this procedure is done. Had I known we(she) was going to push this procedure to be done ASAP,I would have refrained from cycling until it was done.
(Kind of vague) not stealing your platform for advice, but I am wanting to add my story to it in hopes it helps other members here as well.

A shame you gotta stop early, I don’t really have any experience with a reversal vasectomy on my end. I know the nandrolone deca will take a while to clear your system so I’d keep on the test for a few weeks after stopping the nand just to avoid feeling like shit.
It’s good he is willing to prescribe you some stuff to get you going again. A lot of docs don’t have any idea about that stuff and will just say to come off and wait six months or some shit like that.

Nothing is saying you can’t cycle when your wife gets pregnant. And obviously your having a difficult time getting pregnant because your seeing a doctor over it.
Honestly, you and your cycling is probably A BIG issue (not the full issue). Your wife maybe having a difficult time getting pregnant, but cycling while trying to get pregnant is not a good idea.
Furthermore, heigh test c and high HCG alone will make your estrogen sky rocket. And tell me how having high estrogen will help with getting your wife pregnant???

Yeah so I’d been off cycles for over a year. Last semen analysis came back fine when I was off as well. First we had a tubal reversal performed on her (she had her tubes tied after her previous marriage) Over the course of the last 4 years were had an ectopic pregnancy where my wife lost a tube and 6 or so miscarriages.
We had stopped trying when I jumped back on. I landed a job with amazing health care so we said fuck it and decided to go see a fertility Dr. It was really a last minute decision so I decided to see what my results were before I came off, waited for the test to clear my system and pct’d.
I was really interested to see if the hCG was keeping my sperm numbers up, so that’s why I got the semen analysis done. I was fully prepared to come off.
My wife’s AMH numbers and diminished egg supply are the issue. But none of that is really any of your business, now is it?
E2 levels are fine. I’m well experienced in how to manage that shit. Not my first rodeo. Thanks for your concern tho.

I was posting because I see people wondering about fertility while on cycle and I just wanted to show it was possible to keep some fertility with hCG and have lab work to back it up.
I should have added that other info in the first post I guess, but as you can imagine, talking about previous losses is not a fun subject. Was hoping to side step that. I can see how it isn’t quite enough info to make full sense of my situation.
There are better ways to ask the back story than hostility, but it’s all good. Lots of Test and Tren floating around these forums so cant take it personally. It’s all gravy bro.
If anyone has questions I’m more than happy to answer for educational purposes, but I don’t like feeling attacked (hell, no one does). But, like I said, I can see how it wasn’t quite enough info in the OP.
Anyway if anyone has more questions I’d be happy to answer.
RustyhookerThere is no previous post which cause more questions here as yes, folks here may be in your shoes too. Some of us....like me....was 8 weeks in cycle with no hcg running and made kids. So its interesting to see when or how others overcome lifes hurdles.

I know lots of people have got a gal pregnant on cycle, even without hCG. Glad you got a kiddo man, it’s a serious goal for me.
Hoping that seeing actual numbers on paper would be able to help people down the line. I’ve talked to a lot of people who worry about fertility while on AAS and I’d like to refer people I’ve talked to to this post too.

I was just really trying to show people it is possible to regain a decent semen quality while on cycle with hCG and didn’t think the rest would be relevant. I guess I was wrong about that lol

If you want higher semen count, lower your test c dose and stop using the Dbol. I guess I’m confused why your worried about your semen count, but taking so much testosterone?
My wife and I were trying for our kid and my doc put me on a high dose of HCG and lowered my test c dosages. You know when your cycling, you semen count will obviously be low. I am honestly confused why you would be testing your sperm count on cycle... then talking to your doctor about it.. if you doc knew what else you were taking, he would tell you to stop immediately.
I bet your doc would shit their pants if you told them your currently on a cycle imo.

Sperm count is fine. And of course any doctor would tell me (or you) to stop for any reason.

I've never had one of those tests done, but that's how I always heard sperm count measures being talked about. So what is your actual sperm count in those terms?
If it is in the normal range while running all of that, that's pretty amazing! And it says on the report that the specimen was just taken today. You get the results that fast? Well, consider yourself extremely lucky if your sperm count is actually normal!
Concentration (10x6) - 34 (as in 34 million per ml. I produced 2.5ml so that would be 85 million)
Concentration: evaluated in Mackler or Cell-VU chambers. Azoospermic specimen contains no sperm, oligospermic specimen reveals concentration of less than 20x10(6) and normospermic specimen contains more than 20x10(6).

Wait, I don't understand the values they use. How does (10×6) come to 34 million?
Normal is at least 20 million or more sperm per milliliter (my lab list 14 million per ml as low), with a total ejaculate volume of 80 million or more sperm.
(10x6) is 10^6. So 10x10x10x10x10x10= 1,000,000
Then I had 1,000,000x34=34,000,000 spermies per ml
I had 2.5ml per ejaculate so 34,000,000x2.5=85,000,000 total for that ejaculation.
If that makes sense lol. They are confusing the way they list their values, I agree. So I’m on the lower side of normal but still well within normal range. And since (with my wife’s condition) we need to go with IVF to achieve pregnancy, the number is enough to get a viable sample for fertilization.
Honestly if she didn’t have a diminished egg count we could probably achieve pregnancy with those numbers without IVF.
I was just curious if hCG had kept the count up so I could avoid coming off and PCT while going through the process. Since we have to go IVF anyways I don’t see the need, honestly. It’s lower-normal range results while on gear. Could probably pump those numbers up just by dropping to a cruise dose and upping the hCG a bit. Or adding in HMG.

Agree ^^ it’s not too bright to be on a cycle and be trying to get pregnant. IVF is costly and your poor wife has to be filled with an ass load of drugs.
Bright side is that you and your wife can take your shots together!! (Rolling my eyes to the stupidity!!).
