Does localized injections really work?

Hey fellas i wanted too get everyones opinion on localized injections for a lagging body part. Myself have always jus went into the glute its easy i can rotate and i feel the less.pin. but for.my physicique my arms are smaller for some1 my size. Both biceps and triceps it has always been this way but now i have a whole community thanks to eroids to.ask of i would benefit from some local injections in the arms. Appreciate everyone's feedback current cycle sust 250 2 times a week winstrol 40mg daily and clenbuteral 40mg 2 on 2 off currently on day 12 will run the winny for 30 days curious to how long you think i should run the clen for a n the sust 12-16 weeks also running .5mg armidex twice a week. In theory it does not make a difference. You'll inject yourself into the muscle. The compound will then enter your bloodstream. Your heart will pump it through your entire body. Therefore the injected muscle shouldn't receive more than the rest of your body.
IGF-1 and PGF2a are the only examples that I am aware of that do work for spot injections..
