+ 6 Back acne solutions.

ad

I feel like back acne has been an ongoing issue for some especially beginners. At the fist of the year I started dating a woman who is all about skin care and when I ran my last cycle she really helped me get a hold on it. So here are some things that have solved it for me.
1. Get a good back scrubber, any local beauty supply store should have a nice one usually about 5$ I know most of you beasts can’t touch parts of your own back.
2. Dr bronners peppermint soap is usually what I use but a few times a week I’ll scrub it with nizoral and or a coffee scrub that exfoliates.
3. Alpha skin care makes a body lotion with glycolic acid you can get it on amazon 12% or 18% this shit burns a little but works wonders. I apply it after I scrub in the shower for best results.
4. Hit the Tanning beds a few times a week, also helps me with minor depression in the winter.
If you scrub daily in the shower and use the glycolic lotion you’ll see a huge difference. But all of these combined will pretty much cure it or at least it did for me feel free to add to the list. Hope this helps.

Its the fluctuation if hormones that does me in. On cycle, even heavy cycles I am totally clear of acne. The next 2-3 weeks I come off boom, like a 16 year old kid again. years ago pct was terrible, cystic acne on back, butt cheeks and shoulders, I still have scars from it. And even now going back to a trt dose I get it. I have found that coming off cycle, if I run an AI while slowly lowering my dose of test, I have better control of acne. But still get it.

No amount of skin care products, soaps, or anything can stop it for me. It sucks.

Keeping your estro in check is big.

Diet is a big factor of skin health as well.

I do the tanning bed and a sulphur lotion from Kavi, I also just went an got a gigantic tattoo to cover all the scaring. I look for that lotion you mentioned.

It's true, tanning beds help well. I personally am using a selenium-based medication, without exceeding the doses. It is a homeopathic medicine, and for me it works great. I don't know if I can write the name down.

Blood work also is key. Keeping estro in check is also a big deal. Especially for newbs trying to navigate through things.
