Yes. I was pretty depressed. Very negative outlook - no motivation. As you say, not being able to take gear and train heavy depressed me even more. Couldn't see a reason to go to the gym and often skipped going - "What's the point?" was always my reply to my wife if she asked if I was going/had been to the gym that day.

After a few week on the very low dose TRT, I am going to bed earlier, waking up earlier, going to the gym 5 days a week and, although my body still looks like shit, I'm enjoying doing the little that I do. I have a better general outlook and feel more positive than i have felt for a long time. Hope it lasts.

Thanks mate. The weather here for the last week has been pleasant. No rain, 27C - 30C with around 75% humidity. So it's not bad. Worst months are April to June - very hot, max humidity and the sun will fry your skin in 10 minutes. Very unpleasant on the bike.
