Avatar change problems

Yo bros,
there is some problem with avatars, when I want to change avatar files uploads correctly but the url to image and it's content doesn't change.
It's a cache problem?

For some reason lately I can't see anyone's avatar just there name.
Try changing the pic from a jpeg to .png format
Don't know I changed mine and it did it immediately
It takes forever dude, when I changed mine it took like a month for it to finally change,
Give it time bro
