I've recieved a product that did not pass the Labmax test.
The steroid in question was NPP.
I put a tiny droplet into each amp A and B, and the results (following what should have been the results on the graph provided) were as follows:

A = Should be Nothing......................dark orange
B = Should be Yellow Orange...........dark orange
UV = Should be Green......................orange (if any)

I contacted them and they said:

'Hello there, thanks for the email.
Yes, but we are confident this will not be the case. We will also send a sample from a bottle of NPP we have so they can check both. Thanks in advance, we look forward to hearing back from you shortly.'

So they're taking absolutely no responsibility for it, and tried fobbing me off by saying that Labmax are not reliable.

Should I even bother sending a sample away? My guess is that they will simply send a real example of NPP to the testers (if they do at all) and say I tried to defraud them.

Any suggestions would be well appreciated.
