So stupid, they should know better. Sad part is they've done good by me, but it sucks to see this.

As always, thanks for looking out for us. Read some of the reviews. Actually looks like they hired a company to write those for them. Been seeing more and more of that on review websites. Usually very easy to spot.

I have seen at least one other similar report from a couple months ago, but they also jacked my credit card. Fortunately my bank was on top of it, and stopped it quickly. I had to go through cancelling that card, getting another and then notifying a couple accounts that have autopay set up. While it could have been worse, it was a pain in the ass, and I won't ever do business with them.
