Last August I had my L-4 completely removed, and my L-5 1/2 removed so I'm coming off a fresh fused back. Im really looking to drop my body fat 2-3% and try and gaina few pounds if possible. I just started my spring cycle. Im running test e at 750mg ew, bold cyp at 500 mg ew, tne 300-400mg ew, hgh 6 ius ed straight through the 12 weeks. The last 6 weeks I'm going to run anavar at 60-80mg ed, and might add a little winny, depending on my bp and how I feel overall. This is going to be a big win for me if I can push through pain I still have. Running anabolic titan on the oils, and will be starting Q's from sarge as soon as I get them. You are missing your front lat spread. Get that in ASAP everything is ready to rock n roll. Add front lat spread in the second pic slot and you’re gtg. Make sure that shows as your 2nd photo please or it will force you to rearrange even more.

Lol too be honest, not as good as i had hoped. I haven't actually narrowed it down to counting my cals, protein and carb intake yet. Im going to start today though.
