I have set my self a goal of 20 pounds while trying to keep the body fat down (as we all try) I have sorted my diet out and will be eating 3500kals a day which should get me where i want I HOPE.

I think this competition will give me the motivaion to keep to the diet, i no i am no where near the biggest guy in the comp but will work as hard as i possibly can to get big and i hope you can tell by the work i put in at the end of the competition

Thanks bro ink hurt like a bitch first tatoo I cried over lol gotta get it finished though when I can man it up. I've put it of for a month but im getting fed up of people asking with I haven't got a rose coloured in lol.

ok so got to say this was a hard cycle i did my best to make my diet as clean as possible which had to be the hardest thing about this cycle. I am currently just over 2 weeks into my PCT and cuurently have kept 11 pound which i hope you can see is mostly muscle i was up 17 pound in my prime but overall i feel i did my best.

Just need to keep hitting the gym PCT is hard and quite depressing at the moment, which im sure we are all going through, just thought i would get it of my chest lol.
