+ 6 stage weight quest, jumping weight classes
Conclusion of the ebc has me rolling strong into the gaining phase of my offseason.
I stopped the tren into the journey as planned and transitioned into sust and cyp
did use a dbol jump start, and faded it out as the weeks went on
All of my supplements came from hugetom and gbnstore.com
GBN has been my source for the last couple of years, and i cannot see myself going anywhere else
amounts are now @ sus 500, enan 800 staying constant
peptide research resumed as planned with ghrp2 and cjc1293 3x a day
used slin pre workout, and it is more like 5 then 10 per day
continued cardio 2x per week,30 minutes. honestly I didnt think i would keep it up, but I have, and if i did it this long, I believe it will stick for the next 8 months before show prep starts for getting on stage
not sure why I didnt put my starting weight, but it was 197-199
currently evening weight is 233.
I believe I uploaded a pic about the same time frame somewhere else where my weight was listed, but just didnt do it for this
I am heading into offseason looking to jump up a class from this years competition(s).Looking to add 5-10 pounds of stage weight. bulking is what i am going to try and avoid, and just add some good quality. If I happen to get a little puffy, so be it, but need to keep it under control so as to not need to diet it all away and walk that line of dieting bf% and muscle
all off my supplements are from hugetom and gbn
will be starting with 300 tren/wk(kalpa)
sus @ 750 week(kalpa)
also be adding in peptides for lab research (rp-2, cjc193)
slin @ 3x week @ 10units postworkout
will then take some off time (couple weeks)and let the longer esters clear out, then resume with enan, or cyp, a dbol jumpstart, along with another compound which is yet to be determined.
alot will depend on weight, water, and libido at that time which will allow for a wise decision to be made.
food choices will be the standard favorites with exception of postworkout which will be sugary carbs and one weekend day which will be a free for all consuming carbs. fats will be in check on that day
higher days of carbs will have lower fat and protein
lower carb days will have more fat/pro.
trying to get cardio 2x week, possibly 3. moderate to high intensity for 20 min.We will see how long this lasts!!!!

well, I know i.ll have to cut some.........just hopefully not 35+#. would love to stay 25-35 away when i start next time. goal by the end is 240#(fantastic if it went higher). Not the end of ebc, the end of this years journey.
sept is not enough time to add that much bulk. just going to make the most of it for the rest of the summer and battle it out with all these guys
