+ 9 IronMind's EBC Fall/Winter Lean-Bulk
Keeping it simple with a lean bulk! My goal is to add quality muscle mass while staying lean! With filling out I hope to have a better overall look with less visible body-fat due to increased muscle. Yes you might be saying a recomp but don't get me wrong I'm trying to spur some pounds of nice hard dense muscle! I just don't need the extra fat and would like to keep my body-fat percentage in check! I do not have a sponsor and am representing products from Muta on my own accord.
