I’m hoping to get super lean & not completely lose my glutes like I usually do when I get super lean Will be taking HGH and possibly some clen. (Tattoo covered w/makeup - right hip)
FINAL INFO: I lost just under 12 lbs and almost 2% bf - all on Keto diet. I wish I would’ve leaned out more though. I also wish I could’ve done var cuz it makes my shoulders huge! I’ve never done it in calorie deficit so it would’ve been interesting. BUT...last time I did it, I lost so much hair. I ended up only doing GH. 1IU/day first month, 2IU 2nd month, 1 IU 3rd. I’m going to try to get a little leaner - heading to the beach in July!!

As far as the girls go I'm rooting for her... certain things cant be built in the gym. Good symmetry and very feminine build imo. Shes not coming in sloppy at all and trust me it takes more work after 40 to stay fit.

Yeah! I think I’m down abt 10 lbs & leaning out but am taking some supplements that I think make me hold water...or at least I hope that’s the issue LOL! I’m anxious to switch out &/stop those to see if it helps. Will start that maybe the last week. I’m definitely not feeling confident enough to post pics though :-/ My hubby says I’m getting ripped but I don’t see it. We are our worst enemies I guess!
Anything with artificial sweeteners can do that, I notice it most from protein powder as well. When I drop my whey shakes I can usually notice a slight drying effect.
Edit: and obviously the hgh you’re running will do that.
Yeah - I assume the HGH, plus creatine & Yohimbine. I’ll be dropping those soon. The REALLY hard part is we are on vacation this week...I hope I don’t ruin all my hard work this week! We are still hitting the gym but damn, it’s so easy to overeat when on vaca
Drop the hgh and creatine now. Yohimbe shouldn’t make you hold water but if you think it is drop that too. I’ll be running gh up to 7 days out but I’ll also be using diuretics so I’d say play it safe and drop it now.

From what I’ve read, the HGH contributes plus creatine monohydrate & Yohimbine. I have another creatine source I’ll switch to soon, will drop the HGH & Yohimbine in the next couple of days. IF the HGH is a contributor, is that enough time?
