+ 37 GrowMore - EBC Spring cutter 2019
Going all out, legit single digits is my one and only goal. The lowest I’ve been is around 11%.
Course will be as follows:
Test P - 525
Mast e - 300/400
NPP - 300
Winstrol towards the end
Caber, MT2, Test aqua and aromasin as needed.
In the middle of a move and house renovation but my new gym is a 3 minute walk from my house so I have nothing to complain about!
Thanks to BFG, Carlos, Mak, Pale and anyone else that I have forgotten that has been involved in setting up and running this EBC. Thank you for the hard work and personal sacrifice you’ve made to give us all this great opportunity to have fun and prove ourselves.

I think I hit my goal in this challenge of single bf digits. Due to some old scales I only roughly know my starting weight which was just under 240lbs and around 30+ bf%. Finished at 198.5lbs and roughly 8/9 (?) bf%.
I had a huge amount of support from my partner and from the member we know as Dacky, who coached me through a large amount of this challenge. Due to both of their help I was not only able to accomplish what I set out to achieve but surpass my expectations.

Yeah I’ve got a lot going on. My back isn’t as intricate as yourself but equally as big. Still finishing up some shading on my back. Both arms are complete and 90% of entire back is done. Heading to chest next. Gunna get some stuff for my son. Not sure what yet, well I have an idea but the story has to be about the boy. Nothing has struck me yet to where I’m 100% sold that it’s the perfect idea. I knew exactly what I wanted on my arms and back. Hard to capture everything I feel about my boy so it’s got to be perfect.

Thanks Sam, it’s probably more fat. I’ve been off for 6+ months in that 6 months I had 6 weeks on test and deca which I dropped to get ready for the ebc. Clear receptors and ready to rock.

Diet is where is needs to be mate, thanks for asking. I’m getting up a little earlier and my youngest who’s 10 months keeps me company while I cook the days food. It’s a simpler version of what I sent you. Hope you’re well too, pm sent.
