Thanks so much! That means a lot to me! I'm giving it my all, even with some kinks in the road I'm still able to make good progress. Awful quiet Girl...How's it going?
This week was a disaster. I had to work 12 hour days basically all week so it wasnt a good week for my lifting. I did do my Cardio though. I cheated a little for the holiday and now am disappointed with myself for it because I was doing very well with keeping my weight down....now I have to work all week to get it back off. I feel like im on a bad rollercoaster ride right now that wont ever end :(

thanks for the insight. I have dieted all year long so I guess I did deserve a "gift" lol. Just gotta move forward like you said and get back to work.
You've made a lot pf progress over that past 6-8 months... but keep your eye on the prize...at this point it will be hard to recover from a cheat meal/day. 1/2 done in 2 days. I kinda liked it when you & Shrap let people plan your cheat after the Spring EBC. Might be something neat to try again. I am already contemplating the options. Thanksgiving was easy, wife was recovering from surgery & we didn't go out or have guests. Christmas I think we are going to leave town & celebrate alone away from everyone, might be easier for me to avoid the temptations. Although my training partner has already warned me that his mother in law, a gourmet cook will be in town again fixing goodie plates! Last year they were awesome. I've asked him to just freeze mine till Jan 12th, 2013. Regards to you & Shrapnel
