EBC time baby.

I am trying to build lean muscle while keeping the bodyfat relatively low. I'd like to see the definition in the quads reach higher towards the hip. Bring out the overall width of the back and shoulders while keeping the wastleline small. Reppin for med-labanabolics, Trying to do 56 and the fellas proud.

Yea your upper quads are big tho. What do you do for quads in your routine? I just hit squats and leg extensions for the most part

I do squats, front squats with my heels on 25's and walking barbell lunges 12 -15 on each leg with 135-225. then finish with extensions.

Yeah brotha get it, will be good to have someone I rap with running this EBC with me. 56 just offered to send me some gear to run for the EBC. I believe that once you post your pics someone will step up for you as you are a big dude already.
