+ 1 EBC Spring Recomp
This is my first cycle ever, my main goal is clean size. I would really like to get bigger especially in the calves and arms and forearms. I would like to develop my lower lats more because they suck. I want to shred up my stomach a little more and work on abs and lose 2-3 percent bodyfat.

UPDATE!!!- After pics taken with NO PUMP, NO tanning agents, no carb/water/sodium manipulation I actually forgot they were do today so this is just raw gains. I am holding lots of water which is annoying but other than that im very please at what i accomplished on a TEST only cycle....I succeeded in my goal to add size to my calves and arms for sure, don't see much improvement at all in my lower lats and don't think I was able to master the recomp as well as I thought, this turned out to be more of a bulk which is perfectly fine by me!

TropicanaJuicelol ya I already took my licks when I created my cycle, and ik im a dumbass and had to go back and delete the pictures and fix them haha
Young man, nah I am not gonna bash you bro, just make sure you really rebound post cycle. YOur natty T levels should be pretty high at 21. Buy anyway good luck in the comp.

TropicanaJuiceThank you! and yes I hit legs really hard, my quads/hams grow very well and fast, my calves even grew which I was pleased about since I cant seem to get them to respond
