First of all I want to say thank you to all the sponsors and the judges, also big thanks to Carlos for always helpin me out when I needed it, your good man bro.
Also, I want to thank roidsource and teamroids for supplying me with some of the good stuff! RS, your GH is too notch, and I appreciate all your help, your a great guy, with great products!
As of the EBC, I had a great start, was dropping weight steadily, and then unfortunately, I developed ulcers in my stomach, which made me unable to eat the way I needed to or train. Fortunately I ended up healing enough with enough time to dice up. The last 4 weeks I switched my diet to keto, and that worked wonders for my ulcers. Along with RS's HGH, and the diet change, i healed up.
As for my compounds, I started with the test tren and mast. I ended up dropping test last 3 weeks, dropping the tren, and increasing mast, while adding winny and prov. I carb loaded at the end while minipulating water, and sodium, and last 3 days I did anadrol to fill my muscles.
I think i could have come in more tight, but hey, thats the name of the game! Good luck to all competitors, I hope to see some great changes in physique!
To conclude, went from 214lbs at around 12% bf, to 190, and 5-6% bf.

Excellent trim big time. You ready have a lot to work with. You seem very potential for a professional BB. Night and day change. Diet was key for this one I'm sure. Just spent Sunday, yesterday, cooking a weeks worth of rice and pasta. 10 lbs of boneless chicken breast, a few days worth of baked catfish, whitening, and tilapia. Simon is disgusting, I just cannot cook it to my satisfaction. All this rice is cutting me up fast. All day long nibbling on fish, chicken, BBQ pork with corn and pasta, 2 part breakfast w/ 6 raw egg whites blended with fruits once in morning and one after gym in the PM around 6, gym or not. Congrats. Yiu are a great motivator for me. I really want to try the next one, but I dont think I'll ever get to your level. Ur up there man

Dude it was hard! With the ulcers and moving and recovery of my guts, shit got intense. I never let myself get off track tho. It was just that recovery that took some time, definitely took some mind power to get shit done this prep that's for sure!

Your before pics are probably still more shredded than my after pics lol.
Obviously diet was on point but is it the extra cardio that really shreds you up?

Personally for my own body, I've found that it's like 90% my diet. I do very little cardio man. I respond very fast to cardio so I keep it at a minimum. I do 20-30 min last 4 weeks before show, and as for diet, I shred real nice on high healthy fats. If I do anymore cardio, I tend to get real flat. So my info my not help for you, I found out about myself through pure trial and error basically. Making myself the guinea pig for everything. It definitely pays off. Also, there is so much argument about this, but I think for mostly everyone, it is better to drop HGH, and test 4 weeks out (any ester) and start high mast, and winny, ending the last week with very high winny plus 100mg proviron. That seems to tighten up just about everyone. Leaving test in, like most do, just takes away from detail in my opinion. Anyways, hope that helped, good luck brother!
