I am trying to get leaner and build some quality muscle in the process. Hope to gain about 30lbs of lean muscle. With a clean diet and hard work we will see what I can do. The contest and support and training with my wife will be great motivation. My gosl is to put on around 30lbs or lean muscle and lean out some. Plus to have fun.

I am gonna start at 50mg split twice a day for the first week and fourth week. Second and third week100mg split twice a day. Good luck brother.
