+ 4 EBC - Back to the Gym

It's been about 7-8 months of no gym, no lifting, and no solid nutrition plan.
This EBC is going to be my return to the gym and attempt to get back to the lifestyle I love.
My goals at this point are basically a recomp/lean bulk.
I'd like to get my body back into some respectable shape and put some of the muscle and size I've lost back on.
I'm really embarrassed about the shape I'm currently in and am looking to make improvements over my entire body.
