Hey brother, I’m going to post on that as soon as I get a chance. My post show rebound was out of control. First competition a month ago, I did great, took 1st and 2nd in my divisions.. but man I struggled like hell with weight yoyoing up and down after that the entire month. I was traveling a lot. At one point I was holding so much water my ankles were swollen and I couldn’t even walk on the incline treadmill. Binging was out of control my mind/body was stuck in starvation mode or something I couldn’t control it. My weight was up 30lbs from stage weight. Really fucked with my head. Finally found homeostasis and I’m back down to only 15lbs above stage weight. But i knew I didn’t have a shot having so much water on me so I didn’t bother. Now what I know to expect I can plan better next time around! It’s been a hell of a learning experience for me. I did well at my show and made the cut for nationals, and that was my main goal anyways.

You look strong as fuck. Have your pecs always genetically folded over like that? Mine puff out but they dont have that lower pec crease where stomach meets chest.

Sorry to hear about the difficulty you were having with water retention and hunger. I've had the swollen ankle thing recently too, I know how that goes. It kinda scared me at first because there really isn't a lot of info on that side effect online, at least that i could find. For me it was just an issue of improper AI dose. Was it for you as well?

Not naturally strong by any means bro but I do hold higher standards for myself than most. Pecs have always folded over like that at least since I started training and developing them.

It was a learning process and I’m grateful for it regardless. Without struggle there is no growth.

I believe the water retention was due to sodium and carb loading from the constant binging I was doing. I very well could have had some post show e2 rebound but I upped my AI slightly right after the show assuming that would happen, and I was only on a cc of test per week. Last inject was 2.5 weeks post show. Not sure what else to attribute it to but as soon as I stopped savagely eating all the water dropped.
