Background:
Waited until last minute cause dealing with knee injury. MRI came back clean but still having issues so meeting with specialist this week. Hoping for best.
Sitting at 254 right now, 6 foot 1, prob over 20% BF.
Goal:
Cutting. Was hoping for recomp but instead I need to lean out. lose love handles while maintaining my muscle mass. Perhaps grow the legs a bit more.
Cycle:
I am running 500mg of EQ, 400-500mg primo, 250mg test e and IF my bloods come back clean this month tren ace at 400mg. Some generic HGH 3-4iu several times per week.
Lift 4-5 times per week cardio when I can.
Diet will start with 350 pro, 175 carbs, 100 fats. As cycle goes on I will manipulate diet.

Didnt actually mean to do anything with the lighting. I think the new place I am at the those small recessed lights dont put much off and the flash on camera was bleeding me out. Ill just make sure I take same way. Thx bro

Well mine is going quick cause Ive got a lot more to lose than you! Ive adjusted pretty well to the low cal no carbs thing, not gonna lie the first week was absolute hell!
