my goals are to put on as much mass as possible! i want to break my previous highest weight of 188lbs and reach 200lbs for the first time while some body fat gain is expected i want to stay below 14%.

Post EBC: after the first 4-5 weeks of this cycle I didn't like all the extra fat/water I was putting on so I decided I rather try for lean gains in the places i need them, while losing some or remaining the same bodyfat even though it might have hurt my goal I'm pretty happy with how the cycle went and the gains I made. I think my main hindrance was hurting my knee/lower back pretty quickly into this which prevented me from doing much legs till the very end and deadlifts I still haven't tried because my back. Because of this I decided to use this cycle to bring up my weaker parts on pretty much only my upper body instead of adding crazy mass equally which would just make lagging muscles more noticeable.
