Lean Bulk. I plan to bulk the first 8 weeks then slick up my diet and up my cardio during the last four weeks to finish lean. I'm really gonna hit legs and back like I've never before. I haven't hit the gym in about 3 months. I injured my wrist about 3 months ago and just got the okay to lift heavy Friday. I kept some muscle because I work two physical jobs. That's why it took so long for my wrist to fully heal. I'm ready to rock now. I decided to keep this cycle simple.

Hey guys I dropped the tren e and test p due to my belief that they are under dosed. I will sub the test p but I'm gonna drop the tren all together. I've waited too long to compete in the EBC to run below par gear.
