I'm here, and in so proud i made it to the finish line! It's been extremely difficult, I have gone through a lot of issues these 12 weeks but I have not let anything stop me.
As for gear, the only thing I've used is 100 tabs of t3 and nothing else, just food and diet!
I went from 192lbs at the beginning, to 170 as of this morning. I've lost a tremendous amount of fat and my physique is much more acceptable. I will continue to cut after the ebc till it's where I see fit, so that I can start a sort of lean bulk, I hate being small haha.
I'm proud of everyone that has finished, some great physiques and amazing changes! Good luck to all tonight for judging!
