I'm using gear for the first time. Placed my order last week.
Can't wait to start my cycle.

My goal is to bulk up...specifically aiming to gain 20lbs of lean muscle.

Part of the reason I started thinking about gear is because I plateaued at the gym. I'm an ectomorph & gains are hard to come by for me. I was 160lbs back in my 20s. Did a little jujitsu in my early 30s at around 175lbs. Would practice against guys in the 200-230lbs range because I was the smallest guy in the dojo. That was 8 yrs ago.

It took me a long time to pack on some muscle. I'd eat like a horse but I always blamed my high metabolism for staying thin. I avoided all cardio/aerobic activities because I didn't want to lose any weight.

These past 2 years, I have consistently worked out 5 days/wk & am eating healthy & for the last 4 months, I haven't made any significant gains in weight, muscularity, or strength. I've plateaued.

After plenty of consideration, and lots of research on this site, I chose the following cycle:

1-4 test p 100mg eod
1-12 test e 300mg/wk
4-pct ai
11-15 test p 100mg eod

16-19 clomid 100/100/50/50
16-19 nolvadex 40/40/20/20

Then, I plan to take 19 weeks off before even considering another cycle.

I can't wait for my gear to get here and get started!

U may want to pass on the prop running ur first cycle bro. I know u think you need a prop kick start cause I thought the same thing on my first run, but I just left it alone and the test enthanate alone gave me gains real quick. You're already gonna be sore from pinning virgin muscles let alone pinning prop EOD. Just let ur body get use to one test compound first brother..if anything save the prop as a taper for the end of cycle to make the transition into pct a little easier. Just tryin to help bud.

I agree with McMeanie below, if it's your first cycle keep it to just the test E. You will see incredible gains and less pins. I would maybe bump the test E to 500 and pin 2 x a week. Good luck man! You will do well either way. +1

Test p in virgin muscle in my opinion would hurt like a mofo! Stick to test e only and you will be amazed at how you feel!

Not sure what to expect since I've never pinned before but I do have a very high tolerance for pain.

Will probably exclude it.
Or use it to taper it at the end of my cycle as suggested below.

It's all about commitment, hard work, listening to your body, and doing the right things.
