Ex, this has happened to most if not all of us. I rather have my money returned back to me and lose out on the fees than have the funds picked up and be told they're out of stock... also there are plenty of other good sources here. Sorry this happened to you but don't be so down about it, you're part of a great community and there are people who are willing to guide you through anything you need. These mods are good too. I completely agree and I am actually "not angry" that this issue occurred since the merchant mentions the potential in his very own SI page above along with the fact that I am getting a full return.
My decision to post was to inform others that indeed his mention of "him" having issues is completely accurate and based on my preference I will not be able to continue just as several others like me who are regulars will do the same.
It made sense to share with everyone.
The only thing that has me down is that this merchant has some great reviews and products and I really wanted to have another option that offers great pricing as well.

I am out on a merchant I was hoping to do continued business that has great pricing some good reviews and yet got me the first time issue I ran into.

Well considering how relaxed my life is I guess I just find your comment highly inaccurate.
Especially when in the large majority of my posts I am calm, clear and concise about keeping the focus on the actual subject matter.
Your personal opinion is really indifferent to me with exception of the fact that when I attempt to share personal experience with a merchant "my experience or opinion" is one you and other mods find reason to negate.
There have been several members that appreciate what I have to share and I was under the impression that on here, we are sharing useful info on all areas including everything from purchase to quality of product.
Perhaps the only ones that are moody are some of you in a position of authority who I would have thought would be the first to appreciate when a member shares both good and not so good experiences like I have.

I believe you have been open about this subject in stating there have been "issues" for YOUR company however yours is the first I have ever encountered where after not hearing from you (no spam, no regular email and did not get a pm response regarding this specific subject matter) I contacted to find out whether things were picked up or not.
I was told it was not, that it would not based on particular reasons (which I am sure you are aware of) and that I would have it fully returned.
I'm not certain what to believe, I have no reason to make a false statement and I do not have enough business with you to note whether it would be wise to do so other than this one less than favorable result.
I made my comment as such and chose not to post specific info that would get me karma policed and banned and why I am not using specific verbiage although YOU did bring up the issue.
Apparently you finally got to me email and pm to understand what the issue was which is a little late since I have resolved it without choice by having it returned as per what I was told on phone.
I can only be hopeful that being asked which specific location I want to retrieve my return is not of some relevance other than it being easier to ensure the rightful person gets it.
Best of luck and hopefully others do not have similar issues...again, first time attempting to use your service and first time I've had this issue based on it "not being allowed" to go through as per the comment by the person on the phone.
