Unfortunately we are having reports of many delayed packages with deliveries into the USA at the moment, with some customers experience delays of up to 6 weeks to receive their packages from the dispatch date. We believe this delay is due to slow customs clearance as other countries are not experiencing a delay of this amount of time.
We are monitoring the situation and will post an update next week if the situation improves or not. We apologise to everyone waiting on orders.
Has anyone used this source recently? Reviews are from years ago and don’t exactly look reputable! Some of there gear is really cheap for good brands I’ve used before. Seems to good to be true.
Placed an order about 4 weeks ago and still no sign or it arriving. Shipping times are usually 3 - 4 working days to Ireland. I’ve never had a package sized or lost before in almost 10 years. I’ve since placed more orders in the hope they will land. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?
Still waiting on these missing orders. Been about 5 or 6 weeks now. XlPharma have taken no action to date. They have also failed to send me proof of shipping. For weeks now. Not impressed and let down as I’ve have been a long returning customer of theirs.
Delayed update on this issue: I received one seizure notice and XLPharma reshipped one order. The other missing order never landed. As I did not get a second seizure notice XLPharma would not re-ship the second missing order. XLPharma suggested I get in contact with A Post to find out if the first seizure notice covered the two missing packages - I decided not to.
The missing orders in question were dispatched 4 weeks ago and the other 2 weeks ago, sometimes seizure notices can take time to arrive, unfortunately we have no control over this. We have received your email and will send the proof of posting for your orders tomorrow.
