Just received seizure notice in mail for recent order with you. Really disappointing. It included 3 x oils + 100 tabs. Hope you have your own paperwork to verify order.
Obviously i do not blame you in anyway but would appreciate details of how you package. Reason i ask is up to now all o'seas orders have made it through to me undetected with one even being opened & inspected.
My only suggestion without knowing your packaging methods is to split the order. Even though you would consider the above a small order, In Australia if it is passed through xray machine its as good as gone so splitting contents across a couple of packages increases chances of at least one making it through. UK Best did that recently for an order & i got all 3 packs.

I received an email back saying once i was a registered user once logged in i would be able to see orders i have made. Well theres a problem! because i cant. I made an order paid by Visa CC for several items totalling 158 GBP. It was made via your XFcart.net payment gateway & i have email confirming payment.
Payment went through at 00:43:34 GMT on the 16/04/2012.
Could you relax me by checking & seeing everything is in order. Your FAQ has answered the rest for me thanks
